Should the federal government encourage farmers to grown corn to be used as an additive to gasoline?

No. Because if they encourage famers to grow more corn then there will be much more of a shortage on the other things that they are already growing. Which in return will only spike up all other food prices for the consumer. All this just for some gas. What happened to $.87 a gallon for regular.
