I think federal government should not pay for such a medical care. The cost for treating teens with STD's out of peoples pocket will be so costlythat it may affect the overall economy in a negative way. Taxes may be raised in order to pay for such a plan and will cause people who have a hard time with taxes to sink below what they are already struggling with. It is not the peoples fault for decisions that teens can not handle and are not ready for.

I don't personally believe the public should or society be responsible for any teens actions....although I do believe the people in our society should set a better moral standard for the children. The children pick up on things like MTV, BET, and other television stations display. Also the life at home should be a time to practice and build up character, its the building block of a child's life.......No its not society's problem to pay for the medical billings, but I do believe our secular society influences our teens to have sex as long as they "Rap It Up". Even protections not 100%, it really from my point of view should not be a major concern in a teens life.
