I do not think it is right to make employment decisions based on race. That type of mentality would set back our society years from which it has risen. Keeping such a thought of hiring people due to race is simply a sign of no change and no progress that so many civil rights activists have fought for. Race should not be a factor in such a topic but soley the qualifications that an individual may have. Adapting to allowing hiring due to race is taking away from an individual's right to be treated equal.
Making decisions solely on a persons race is wrong and should not be allowed anywhere. It is wrong to choose by race and hope that it will never be like that.
