Should parents be allowed to home school their children?

I don't think is a good idea for parent to do this kind of things. it's just like tribalisim to me, because they never want thier children mix with other race, after thier homescholling, where are they going to work? Those kids will be seperating themself from other people at work because they never have such experience of mixing with people (team work) and it will be a problem for them.
Moreso,there will be a problem in the community as well because the kind of education they recieve at home will be far low to the standard of public/private schools where differenc children come together and larn.
