No! this ia a personal liberties in did, but if government does not protect it, it will soon become a collecive and personal liability.
I will like to say that because marijuana is ilegal, that is why it is very difficult to control. From a medical resarch, because marijuana is not legal, its use can never be measure and by allow people to using it withouth a regulation it will be a big problem in the society.

I met differnce kind of people who smoke difference kind of ilegal drugs and spoke with them, many of them said they can do anything they cannot do in thier natural being after taken those druges.

We may be see people killing people, people run mad (psycho),if allow them using marijuana as the want, I think Government should be a little bit in this case go beyond its limit by making people more responsible for themselelvs and the society.

I would first look at the merits behind the case. To legalize the use of the plant for medicinal reasons, and there were standards and the same control measures which are taken for other controlled substances.

The hemp plants offers many uses beyond recreational use. The plant was used in revolutionary times for paper as importing from england was frownded upon and very expensive-- It was against the law to NOT grow the plant.

The main question which really dominates my argument is where could the money which is allocated for this "War on Drugs" be better utilized. The american dollar hit an intraday low today against chinese, japanse, the euro and the canadian looney.

I believe if the use was decriminalized, not legalized, society and the economy could benefit from the surplus of cash resulting from police depts making the drug and arrests a far less significant priority.

I say yes, but on the basis of improving the economy and in no way am I advocating illicit use of an illegal drug.
