Foreign Aid

Should the US increase its foreign aid to .7% of GDP?

if u think from an american prospective, u will want that money to be spend in US only but if u think from a wprld prospective then you will realize that there are more people and countries in the world which requires these "aid" more than the US citizens does. these foreign aid are like boon for these poor and developing countries.

If we keeps sending those country so much money, many of them will recieve more than what they need and we are not doing them any good, instead for thier government to look for solution internaly, they will still be expecting foreign country to provide for thier citizen, whill their own money will be using for stupid things like cerimony, sport, vestiva, and many more.

This what Bill clinton said recently about US help in Iraq war; "If we keep our troop in Iraq for thier (Iraq) protection we are not doing them any good". Like I said before if we still helping foreign country more than what they need, we are not doing them any good.
